Customer Service Shipping C.W. Moose offers free ground shipping on all orders over $75 going to addresses with the United States. We aim to ship all orders within 24-48 hours. You will receive an email from us once your order has been shipped.
You should receive a tracking number direct from UPS once your item has been shipped. To track your order please keep the number and visit the UPS website. If you have any inquires whatsoever please contact us at 828-669-1961 or by email at mooselady@cwmoosetrading.com. Returns/Exchanges C. W. Moose strives to always provide you with the best quality of products and service. If you wish to return your order you have 30 days from the date of purchase to do so and receive either a replacement or a refund. When returning or exchaning items please always include the following Return Form. C. W. Moose will credit or exchange merchandise that is defective in any way. If the merchandise is exchanged, C. W. Moose will incur the cost of shipping for the new items. C. W. Moose will not incur the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective. When returning an item to us please do not send it C.O.D. - we will not accept it. The best service to use when returning an item is the regular postal service. Please note that we only refund shipping costs of the return is a result of error (if the wrong items was sent, or the item was defective.) Otherwise, you will receive a full refund for the cost of the item, but the original return shipping cost will not be refunded.
